Ordering & Payment

Ordering & Payment

We accept official orders from international research institutes, educational institutes and registered companies. We can provide, on request, essential company and banking information in order that Ordering/Finance sections can add us as a supplier on their Finance systems; send a request to sales@g23instruments.com.

Others may pay by credit card using PayPal only; we do not accept payment by credit card directly.

We have recently found that institutes which normally cannot use PayPal can pay our invoices by credit card (via PayPal). After the goods are delivered we issue an invoice by email, which has a link on it to pay the invoice. The transaction is processed to us by PayPal.

This is a different process from that where payment is made prior to delivery using the shopping basket and PayPal on our website.

Credit card payment via PayPal

Our preferred method of payment is by electronic transfer of funds in GB Pounds.

If paying by check in US Dollars there will, unfortunately, be a 15 USD Bank foreign exchange fee applied to the invoice.

Official Orders should include:

  1. an order/reference number
  2. contact name
  3. delivery address
  4. telephone number (for delivery)
  5. email address
  6. invoice address
  7. full details of products required
  8. a VAT exemption certificate must be submitted with the order if you want to be exempted from VAT / IVA taxes (only applicable to orders from the UK). See below.
  9. If you are ordering within the EU see below.
